Hi kids,
I wonder how many of you watched the Olympics last Friday when our Singapore table tennis players played against the Koreans and the finals last night. Last Friday, I was about to go out when I caught the match on TV. It was really interesting to watch. I was very delighted when I know that Singapore had won and assured of at least a silver medal.
On Sunday, I stayed home to watch the finals, knowing that China would win. True enough, before 9.30pm, it was confirmed that Singapore was on the losing end. I switched off the TV even before the match had ended. I was slightly disappointed but to know that Singapore had clinched a silver Olympic medal is victory for us. We had waited 48 years for this. So it's truly a historical moment for Singapore.

Yes!!!!!I felt very disappointed as well. Singapore was so close to getting a gold medal!!!My favourite player is Feng Tian Wei.
I felt happy for singapore.It was so.....close to the gold medal!!I think that the next competition,singapore is going to win.I'm pretty sure that singapore is going to win.My favourite player is Feng Tian Wei.The same as jared.

I thought Singapore was going to win! but China won,I felt very disappoited.My favourite player is Li Jia Wei!
I like Li Jia Wei and Feng Tian Wei. They are my heroines. My mother did not like Wang Yue Gu as she said Wan Yue Gu was big size.
I feel lucky as I am able to witness Singapore winning the second silver medal because the first silver medal was earlier than my father and mother's day of birth but the person was not a Singaporean as he was from Malaysia. He was a weight lifter called Tan Howe Liang.

I also don't like Wang Yue Gu because she is big size and short, glad Wang Yue Gu and Li Jia Wei won in the doubles!
My favorite players are Feng Tian Wei and Li Jia Wei.
Wei Lin ,you can't choose two players you only can chose one player ,Feng Tian Wei or Li Jia Wei.
My favourite player is Feng Tian Wei. (Because she looks like a man the most, she does not look like a girl. Guo Yue, too.) I think Singapore actually didn't plan to get a gold medal, so they let the China players win quite easily. Or they have not learnt the techniques of how the Chinese team play, they only studied the Korean team. I think.
Wang Yue Gu is quite powerful.
